THE GOOSENECKS

June 22, 2021 by admin

The San Juan Goosenecks is a very strange place.

Aerial view like a snake winding its way through the arid landscape.

Looking down there is not a bit of green foliage to be seen anywhere except at the river side.

The road down leads into Monument Valley which can be seen in the distance.

Below-The very strange Raplee Anticline . Imagine the Goosenecks now tilted up to a 45 degree angle !
