COLUMBIA BASIN

Above and below The Palouse River eventually flows into the dry lands of middle Washington.

Rivers flow into the Snake and eventually into the Columbia River 

The road to the Coulees of the Columbia River.

Above a campground along the Columbia in the heat of August.

With plenty of river water comes lush campgrounds distinct from the arid landscape that surrounds.

Above the campground at Panguitch Lake in the foothills of the Cascades in Eastern Washington.

Above The North Cascades arise to the west 

The road into them leads through Twisp
